Vloeibare pakking zwart betreft een 1 component hittebestendige silicone op basis van Polysiloxan. Product is geschikt voor alle soorten afdichtingen waar hoge temperaturen voorkomen. Dit zoals motorblokken, motorbakken, ventilatiedeksels, waterpompen, differentiëlen, accukasten, schijnwerpers etc. Product blijft lange tijd elastisch en hecht op vele ondergronden zoals metaal, glas, geglazuurde oppervlakken, emaillen, Keramiek, gelakt hout etc. Na uitharding is product bestendig tot temperatuur van 180 graden Celsius. Ook te gebruiken bij koude temperaturen tot -50 graden Celsius.
Let op! Product kan niet gebruikt worden op beton, natuursteen en corrosie gevoelige materialen als lood, koper, verzinkt staal, PP, PE.
Gebruik: In te smeren oppervlak moet schoon en dus stof, olie en vetvrij zijn. De optimale temperatuur van verwerking voor materiaal en werkstoffen ligt tussen de +5 en de +25 graden Celsius. Advies is om eerst een test op de ondergrond toe te passen op gebied van hechting en verdraagzaamheid. Verder is advies om veiligheidsbril en handschoenen te gebruiken.
